About the Artist

Having had a long and successful engagement with ceramics from production pottery to individual sculptural work and the teaching of it at tertiary level, I am now embarking on a new aspect in the use of clay. Using my favourite material-porcelain-that prince of clay minerals, I am with some creative playing making wearable pendants and brooches. The creation of these organic shapes including the decoration almost have a birthing without my help. Being creative is one of the most important and enjoyable aspect of my life.
